Hilarious, cute, and it works... Great gift idea!
Since I have never owned a hot air popcorn popper (or any other kind of popper for that matter), I have nothing else to base my review on other than my happiness with this purchase.
I was looking to purchase an air popper because I love popcorn, and I wanted a healthier popcorn. When I found this and saw that there were no reviews but it was only $20- I jumped on it because it was so cute. Initially, I was confused by the price being marked down so drastically (from $83.99 to $19.99).
It is silly and fun, and it works. What more can you ask for from an appliance that looks like a dog that vomits popcorn!!? The quality seems like a toy (I still feel that it was $20 well spent), but the bowl got very hot and there were a couple super hot kernels that missed the bowl, so I wouldn't recommend allowing children to use this.

Not worth it
This popcorn popper is cute but doesn't work very well at all. I read all of the reviews before ordering this, but thought I'd give it a chance just the same. It was exactly as others described, very cheaply made, most of the kernels didn't pop, and it was very loud. I returned it to Amazon for a refund. I have since purchased the Presto PopLite hot air popcorn popper, and it's wonderful!!! Sorry, Amazon. You should discontinue this product--cute but poor performer.
