These are THE BEST portion scoops available
I have a number of portion (ice cream) scoops and those made by Stockel are my absolute favorite. I have had mine for many years and they are showing no signs of wear at all. They are very well made and easy to use. These are NOT the cheap sheet metal scoops found in many kitchen stores. They are solid, chrome plated brass that feels like they are made to last.
I use the #70 and #100 for making drop cookies and other desserts and for making meatballs. They are great sizes for small cookies and work well for mini cupcakes if you don't mind a couple of scoops per cup cake.
I highly recommend those scoops. They are well worth the extra money.
