Great product, coffee is superior to Starbucks!
I ordered the Nespresso Citz as more of a convenience than anything else as I love my Latte in the morning. Addicted? Perhaps. This unit makes great latte's and cappuccino's if you also have the Nespresso milk frother.
Easy to use, very fast and everyone seems to love the various coffee's available.
