Very Dissapointed In The Quility
I did a lot of reserch before making my choise to purchase. I had my White Mountain for two years. I only made ice cream 3 or 4 times, always being careful not to lay the motor down because I herd that if you did that the salt water could run back up into the motor and cause dammage. The last time I made ice cream the motor quit and smelled like it had overheated. That was it, no more ice cream maker. I called White Mountain and was told I would just haft to buy a new motor. Sorry, you will only burn me once. My brother also bought the same freezer and didn't use it for over a year, on the 4th of July this year he opened the box and discovered that one of the metal bands that hold the bucket together had broken. He would up placing a bungie cord around it. I would say that White Mountain lacks quality big time!
