Machine is great, but 4 stars because of overpriced coffee.
I wanted to get this machine for my parents because they love to drink coffee and I thought it would be a faster and less hassle option. I also like the Vue cups because there's really no effort in putting it into the machine. The only reason why I don't give it 5 stars is because they nip you in the butt with the prices of the cups. Over $1-2 each cup is ridiculous I might as well buy something from Starbucks! Offer something cheaper in that regard please.
Product works great
The product works great and is exactly what we wanted. We have been using it every day and have not had any problems.
I love it
This was a gift to my daughter and she loves it. I would not have it for myself as it is too expensive to use.
