Infuses amazing flavors into food
It really works!! I infused mustard and beer flavor into my bratwurst. It was delicious!! The flavor combinations are endless!! You could use any liquid, I have used wine, beer, soy sauce, broth, fruit juice, butter, salad dressing and smoking chips. This is a great product.
Four 2004 5 star Salted Reviews & not one since?
I hate it when someone does what I'm about to do here......give it a 1 star rate due to the following: There are 4 reviews all 5 star and all done in three in Oct one Nov. Not a single other review as of today Jan. 2012 from actual people who seem credible so I am not messing with some other peoples legit reviews at least not as of today 8 years later? (Really 4 5 star reviews all placed at the same time 8 years ago and no one since has posted a single review. Shame on vendor to salt the reviews just because Amazon allows the opening does not make it right.

Amazing Grill!!! It really works
I have had this grill for about a month now and I use it all the time. It really does put the flavor of your choice into the food and the food remains moist. We like well done foods especially with mad cow disease, so I make sure to over cook and the meat is tender and moist. Even smoked salmon is moist.
