Great product & Great customer service!
Have only used this fryer twice since my purchase. Both times were for frying maple bars, doughnuts & persings. Without using the basket, there was plenty of room to fry 6 pieces at once. This fryer replaced an older & smaller fryer, that did not come up to temperature anymore, so stuff was greasy. This fryer does take a little while to heat to temperature, so just remember to turn it on right away. Will be frying donuts one more time soon, then will try it out for deep frying seafood. It seems to be built well & should meet my needs for many years. I really don't deep fry too often, but is nice to have a product that works & will have good end results. The seller was great to communicate with. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.
Excelent product
Fries perfectly! It does take a lot of oil but really easy to drain through some cheesecloth right back into the oil containers. Keeps temp up so food fries without being oily. Love this fryer!
