Forget it!
Purchased in hope it would keep my husband's coffee warm at his office desk. No discernible heat. Not worth the additional price of return shipping to attempt to obtain a refund. Don't recommend purchasing this item. I wish I could give it a zero star rating.
Not enough wattage
This item is only 10 watts which is not enough heat to keep the mug warm.
Please don't waste your money
Purchased this product for a co-worker as a Christmas gift. It will not get hot enough to warm her coffee.
